We are looking for an SEO Expert (Middle level) who can think strategically, lead initiatives, and take full ownership of projects.
This is not a checklist-based SEO role.
This is a role for someone who understands how search works, how businesses grow, and how to connect both.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing 3–5 client projects independently
- Conducting full-scale SEO audits (technical, content, commercial, link profile)
- Building clear SEO strategies with priorities, forecasts, and KPIs
- Creating site structures, content plans, and detailed technical briefs
- Working with developers, copywriters, and link builders
- Handling indexing, site architecture, canonicalization, structured data
- Monitoring Google Search Console, GA4, logs, and performance trends
- Managing off-page strategy: donor requirements, link profile growth, risk control
- Delivering monthly reports with insights and next-step plans
- Participating in internal brainstorming and process improvement
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3–5+ years of experience promoting commercial websites in competitive markets
- Strong knowledge of Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, GSC
- Solid technical SEO expertise
- Experience with Shopify and/or WordPress
- Experience with US / EU / UK markets
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile experience
- Ability to build roadmaps and prioritize strategically
- English level Pre-Intermediate+ (working with interfaces & documentation)
- Basic understanding of AI-SEO trends and AI Overviews
You should be analytical, structured, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility.

You’ll be working with strong specialists who understand search engine optimization in practice: technical SEO, content planning, keyword research, link building, local SEO, and competitor analysis. We focus on steady organic traffic gains, stronger rankings in competitive markets, and improvements that affect leads and sales, not just visibility. We work with Google Analytics services (GA4) and Search Console every day, and we handle SEO migration projects where protecting traffic and rankings is critical.
We also pay close attention to AI optimization. Search is changing fast, and we want our clients’ websites to stay visible not only in classic search results, but also in AI-driven search experiences and AI Overviews.
